Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from this website. Age is verified at checkout, and carriers may require an adult signature on delivery.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product imagery or branding on the exterior.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to differing state laws, we are unable to ship all products to all states. We do not ship or sell hemp-derived Delta-8 THC products to states where Delta-8 is illegal. THCa products are not available for shipment to the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Utah.

It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state before ordering. Orders placed for products restricted in your state will be cancelled and refunded.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

We strongly recommend keeping shipping insurance at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@corehemp.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
